Tessa has a balanced combination of traditional training, blended with the very latest science of mind training technology. Having trained with worldwide experts in NLP & hypnosis, she & her team are able to offer their clients a cutting edge service.

Building on the bedrock of traditional Clinical Hypnotherapy from the London College of Clinical Hypnotherapy, the next obvious move forward was to train in NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) with its originator Dr. Richard Bandler, alongside John LaValle & the world famous Paul Mckenna.

Life Coaching with Michael Neil was followed by an amazing journey of discovery & knowledge with Christopher Howard Training, who have brought the science of mind training into the 21st Century.
